So it's down to Chelsea, Liverpool, West Ham and Boro or Charlton in the semifinals. And my guess is for Liverpool to win it. At least they'll get something this season from all their wonderful displays. So why Liverpool?

For one, Chelsea always loses to Liverpool. So regardless whether Chelsea meets Liverpool in the semi or the final, they'll still lose to Liverpool.

Next, Chelsea is in terrible form now. They barely scraped through a victory against Newcastle. It was like two really injured titans playing together to a boring stalemate with the only goal by John Terry coming in as early as the 4th minute.

Well, Nothing much has to be said of West Ham but Pardew does need some foreign players in his side. Over dependence on average English players just won't win you the FA Cup. Boro are an on-off side, playing really well in certain games and suddenly just doing really badly the next few. Their revelation players this season have been Viduka and Rochemback. Mendieta showed a shade of his former self earlier this season but that's forgotten now after he fell sick/injured. Finally, Charlton, doesn't look very capable of winning the FA Cup either after their performance against an electric Arsenal. However, in all honesty, that game which Arsenal won 3-0 was really boring as well. (I ended up switching back and forth with Mean Girls on HBO and I must say that Mean Girls did get more airtime on my TV). Yes the first half was great but the second half was less than boring.

So my take for the FA Cup winner this season? Liverpool. Beceause they have Peter Crouch and he's finding the form just at the cricitcal time and he's probably finally learnt how to score a few goals.
